The floor is yours. The official submission form for resolutions to be considered for the 2027 All-Member Advocacy Meeting is now live, and we want your ideas, priorities, and proposals front and center!
Resolutions are the primary way members can propose and influence CAFP policy. Policy guides our legislative priorities, shapes our regulatory advocacy, and establishes where California family physicians stand on critical healthcare issues. If you want to impact state and federal policy on behalf of your specialty and your patients, submitting a resolution is how you make your voice heard.
Before drafting, make sure your proposal follows all of the requirements and criteria outlined in our newly updated 2027 Resolution Submission Guide. Resolutions that do not meet the requirements may not be considered at AMAM.
Collaborate with fellow members to refine your language, gather supporting data, and ensure your proposal addresses key priorities. We encourage members to co-author resolutions with colleagues and seek endorsements from local CAFP chapters.
Draft your resolution, including background information, citations, whereas statements and resolved clauses in our resolution submission form by December 7, 2026 at 3:00pm.
