Delegate Submission Deadline
The 2027 AMAM brings together family physicians, residents, and medical students from across California to advocate for the future of family medicine. Through dynamic sessions, hands-on workshops, and meetings with legislators, attendees gain the tools and confidence to advocate for policies that strengthen family medicine and advance the future of the specialty.
Attendees will hear from policy and political experts, connect with advocacy-minded colleagues and learn how to drive meaningful change in California’s healthcare system. The meeting is open to all CAFP members – Delegates, Alternates and general attendees.
We can’t wait to see you at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Sacramento for CAFP’s 2027 All Member Advocacy Meeting, April 3-4, April 5 Lobby Day.
The resolution submission deadline this year is December 7, 2026 at 3:00pm. Resolutions submitted by this date may be added to the agenda for AMAM 2027. At AMAM, the author(s) of the resolution will have the opportunity to present their resolution to AMAM Delegates and the CAFP Board, and the CAFP Board will have the opportunity to hear testimony from AMAM attendees.
Before submitting your resolution, you must review the newly updated 2027 CAFP Resolution Submission Guide. For more information and to submit, go to CAFP’s Policy and Resolution page.
Follow the progress of all 40 of the resolutions submitted to last year's AMAM on our Resolution Dashboard here.
