Thank you for attending POP! in sunny San Diego. We had an amazing time connecting with all of you. Don't forget to complete the conference evaluation here. Upon completion, you will automatically receive an email with a CME certificate.

CAFP is developing ways for you to jump into engagement and educational opportunities beyond POP! These opportunities may include educational activities online, discussion topics on the CAFP 365 app, or POP Quizzes on social media. We know POP is an incredible educational event, as well as the perfect time to connect with current and future family physicians from across the state. We also know that sometimes you can't attend POP!, and we want everyone to be able to benefit from the stellar event POP has become. We hope these opportunities provide a way to keep that going throughout the year and beyond POP!

Family physicians play a critical role in expanding diabetes screening, improving early detection, and optimizing treatment pathways for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes patients. Integrating antibody screening into practice not only enhances patient outcomes but also aligns with the latest ADA guidelines to proactively address the growing diabetes burden.
