The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is extending the deadline to apply to the Primary Care First Cohort 2 to May 21, 2021. CMS is also announcing an additional Office Hour event on Wednesday, May 5 at 11:00 am for potential practice applicants to ask questions ahead of the deadline. Staff will be available to answer your questions on key topics including eligibility, payment design and attribution, and more. You may also refer to the materials from the webinars held in March.
