Campaign Update
Campaign finance reports filed this week by candidates in the race for Assembly District 35 show a monumental funding advantage for Dr. Jasmeet Bains as we enter the final stretch of the general election campaign.
Notably, Dr. Bains raised over $266,000 in the most recent reporting period and has $405,000 cash on hand – more than double what her opponent has raised and has on hand.
Dr. Bains said: “I’m proud of our strong fundraising performance heading into the final month of the campaign, providing my campaign with the resources to get my message out and win. I am equally proud of the incredible support I’ve received from people throughout AD 35 including law enforcement, small business owners, working families, healthcare providers and others. I’m looking forward to victory on November 8 and getting to work on behalf of all who call the Valley home.”
