We want to thank everyone who supported her campaign. From donating, knocking on doors, and phone banking, you helped get a family physician elected to State Assembly! Jasmeet's campagin reached new voters in the Central valley, encouraged people to vote for the first time, to volunteer for their first campaign, to speak with their neighbors about what the State Assembly is, and why they should elect Dr. Bains to the Assembly.
With Jasmeet as a newly elected official, we will bring the #FMRevolution to the State Capitol, and Family Medicine will have a strong voice in the State Legislature.
However, our work continues! We need to continue to build relationships with our legislators across the state. Let’s keep educating our representatives on issues that are important to Family Physicians to build a healthier and better California.
