The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has launched a COVID-19 Test to Treat Equity Grant Program to help providers address barriers to COVID-19 treatment for communities disproportionately impacted by COVID-19. Approximately 300+ safety net providers will be awarded up to $59 million. Eligible providers include:
The application deadline is September 30, 2022. The grant period is 10 months and amounts range from $50,000 to $1,000,000. Grantees can use funds to cover qualified expenses from August 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
Some grantees will also receive technical assistance and monthly coaching from the Center for Care Innovations (CCI) and free telehealth services through a third party contracted with CDPH. Learn more by viewing previous informational webinar recordings found here.
