Your California Academy of Family Physicians is seeking members’ opinions. We are working with Competitive Edge Research to conduct a random sample survey of members across the state in every type of practice. The survey results will provide CAFP with important information that will help inform programs and activities.
All survey answers are strictly confidential. Your name and practice information will not be released or associated with any data, and the results will only be released in the aggregate. We just need honest answers from our members. CAFP has reviewed and approved the survey. It will take less than ten minutes to complete. Members who have taken the survey have found it interesting and easy to complete.
Not all members will receive the survey. If you have been randomly selected to participate, within the next couple of days you will receive an email from Competitive Edge Research, a professional research firm hired by CAFP to conduct the survey and analyze results. If you are selected to receive the survey and are not able to complete it by email, a professional Competitive Edge interviewer will call you by phone. Please make sure that you have the opportunity to be heard and that Competitive Edge’s email does not get caught in your spam filter by adding "info@cerc.net" to your contact management program.
