CAFP issues RFA for third CA Residency Program Collaborative Grants up to $70,000!

The California Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP) and CAFP Foundation are pleased to announce the launch of our next CA Residency Program Collaborative (CRPC) to support increased services to patients with substance use disorder (SUD). Funds up to $70,000 are available to up to 25 CA ACGME-accredited residency programs (even those previously receiving a CRPC grant) to support local efforts to improve education, outreach, and treatment for patients with substance use disorder disease, including stimulants and opioids, with a focus on medication assisted treatment options and reaching vulnerable populations.

Interested parties can download the RFA from our Residency Program Collaborative website. Applications are due by Tuesday, January 31, 2023 and we're asking interested programs to complete an expression of interest form by Friday, January 13th  here.  The expression DOES NOT obligate the residency program to submit a proposal but gives CAFP an estimate of the number of proposals it should expect to receive.
