CAFP, Illinois AFP, American Board of Family Medicine and Robert Graham Center are conducting a study on burnout in family physicians to better understand burnout in the female family physician workforce. We aim to identify interventions, supports, or policy/structural changes that would be most effective in alleviating burnout.
