Online interviews and virtual visits are an adjustment for medical students and residency programs alike. While the application process looks different this year -- no shaking hands with program directors and faculty, no dinners with residents or exploring new cities and towns -- applicants can still make a good impression and gain a sense of a program’s culture and fit.
