AMAM 2024 will focus on utilizing a team-based approach to advance health equity. Primary care is a natural point of integration among clinical care, public health, behavioral health, and community-based services. Team-based care is a model of care delivery that can aid in reducing physicians’ administrative burdens while improving patients’ health outcomes through multidisciplinary care teams. This year’s AMAM will offer many of the sessions you’ve come to know and love, such as how to talk to your legislator. AMAM will also offer exciting new sessions you won’t want to miss including an insider’s view of campaigns and elections.
