Resolutions Update
CAFP's Board of Directors recently met and discussed this year's bumper crop of resolutions (over 20!!) which were submitted to the All Member Advocacy Meeting (AMAM). A chart reflecting the actions taken by the Board on all resolutions has been posted here.
As a reminder, the chart of actions taken is updated after each quarterly meeting of the Board and posted to the website and shared with members via the AiA.
While the majority of resolutions are submitted at the AMAM, members can submit a resolution for consideration by the Board at any time during the year. All resolutions/policy proposals submitted to the Board of Directors after the deadline for receipt of resolutions at the AMAM and prior to the next meeting of the AMAM will be posted on the CAFP website. If a resolution is received within one month of a Board meeting, it will be held over until the following Board meeting to allow adequate time for members to comment. CAFP wants to ensure members have an opportunity to comment on those resolutions and be informed about any resulting Board actions.
