The Adventist Health Glendale Family Medicine Residency Program offers a rich opportunity for the physician-in-training seeking a comprehensive, well-rounded experience in family medicine. Located in the multi-ethnic, urban community of Glendale within Los Angeles county, the Family Medicine Residency Program appeals to the resident seeking a community health-centered residency experience in a nonprofit setting. The program is proud to offer a state-of-the-art electronic medical record system to the family doctors of tomorrow.

Diverse group of patients from varying ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds
FMC located in a Medically Underserved Area
Community-based stand-alone program (our program is the only residency program in Glendale)
24 diverse residents (16 Females / 8 Males; 12 DOs / 8 US MDs / 4 IMGs; fluency in 9 different languages)
Friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary core faculty teaching full-spectrum of care
Interdisciplinary team including a behavioral psychologist, pharmacologist, and social worker
On-site specialty clinics: OB, Psych, Peds, Derm Procedures, and Ortho
Opportunities for global health care experience
Rotations at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Adventist Health White Memorial, Asian Pacific Healthcare Ventures, and other FQHCs
Annual resident-faculty-family retreat, holiday parties, dinners, nightlife, etc.
