The California Academy of Family Physicians presents the prestigious award of Family Physician of the Year to an individual who exhibits the finest qualities of family physicians and who goes above and beyond in service to patients and community. Nominations for the 2022 Family Physician of the Year Award should recognize work by a physician during the 2021 calendar year.
The deadline for nominations is January 31, 2022. Nominations can be sent to cafp@familydocs.org.
