California's Largest Family Medicine Conference
FAMILY MEDICINE POP: a gathering of current and future family physicians from across California.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA
We recognize that the most unexpected connections and discoveries happen when diverse people come together to discuss diverse topics. So, we've reimagined our annual events to bring you Family Medicine POP -- the convergence of the Clinical Forum (CAFP's continuing education conference) and the Summit (the Foundation's professional development event for students and residents).
You can expect the same great medical education, networking, and community service, as well as the energetic workshops, career guidance, keynotes, and Residency Recruitment Fair, to make 2024 POP! one conference you won't want to miss!
CME at POP!: Earn up to 31.75 live AAFP Prescribed credits (this includes 8 total hours of pre- and post-POP! workshops or 16 total hours of pre- and post- KSAs). AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.

This is also a great opportunity to promote fellowships and open faculty positions to residents or other attendees. Family Medicine Residency Programs participating this year will be listed below.
All PDs and PCs should have received an email on May 30, 2024 from CAFP Exhibits <noreply@eventemails.com>, titled "CAFP Residency Recruitment Fair Registration is OPEN!" For questions, email Pamela Mann at pmann@familydocs.org.
