FAMILY MEDICINE
CLINICAL FORUM

The CAFP annual CME event is now a summer conference called Family Medicine POP!

POP: Prism of Practice - August 25-27, 2023

The same great content, networking, keynotes, and community service activities of the Family Medicine Clinical Forum will come together with the student and resident procedures workshops and Residency Recruitment Fair of the Family Medicine Summit in our new POP! event, August 25-27, 2023 in Orange County.

The 2024 POP! will be held August 23-25, 2024 in Orange County.

Thank you to those who attended our 2022 Family Medicine Clinical Forum!

We hope that you had a terrific experience Reconnecting, Reflecting and Reimagining and have had time to reflect on all that you experienced.  Please take a brief moment to complete the conference evaluation located in Homeroom here.

Once you complete the evaluation, you will be able to print your CME certificate. Learners can earn up to 14.75 CME credits for attending the main session; and up to an additional 8 CME credits for each KSA and up to 4 CME for each workshop. There is a worksheet available in Homeroom if you need help calculating your CME hours.

Also, don't forget that 17 of the sessions offer the chance to receive 2 additional AAFP Prescribed Credits by participating in the Translation to Practice (t2p) process linked in Homeroom.
