Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Refund
All cancellations must be made in writing to the CAFP office by April 13, 2012 for a full refund, minus a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after April 13, 2012.
Registration fee includes clinical sessions, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday, but excludes hotel accommodations and SAMs Group sessions.
