Cancellations and Refunds

All requests for refunds must be in writing and received by CAFP no later than March 31, 2009. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $30 administrative fee. Cancellations or no-shows after March 31 are not eligible for a refund.

Please allow four to six weeks for the refund to be processed. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the CAFP. This policy covers registration and guest meal tickets.
