Drs. Alan Glaseroff and Ann Lindsay

Drs. Alan Glaseroff and Ann Lindsay of Humboldt County were sought by Arnold Milstein to join a "mission impossible" team to organize a radically new kind of primary care practice. Pioneers in diabetes care and public health, respectively, these doctors contributed their innovative model of care to help build the new Stanford Coordinated Care clinic.

Jennifer Hastings

The California State Assembly Democratic Caucus named CAFP Member Jennifer Hastings, MD as their Woman of the Year. This honor was given to Dr. Hastings in recognition of her work as a trailblazer in the field of transgender care and reproductive rights. Congratulations, Dr. Hastings; your work is exemplary.
