Easier Way to Comply with Public Health Reporting

The California Reportable Disease Information Exchange - Electronic Case Reporting (CalREDIE eCR) module allows health care providers and organizations to comply more easily with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) requirement for the reporting of certain diseases and conditions per the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 17 Section 2500. CDPH recently published this handy guide to walk providers through the process of registering and enrolling in CalREDIE. It is a simple four-step process. Once you have completed it, eCR will replace multiple paper-based processes. Providers can learn more on the CalREDIE website.
