CAFP’s Diabetes Advisory Board was appointed in December 2004 to assist Academy staff in developing the New Directions in Diabetes Care initiative. The volunteer board is comprised of representatives from CAFP, primary care, industry, academia, medical and specialty societies, philanthropy, and private concerns.
