Behavioral science research has found that our opinions are informed both by our experiences – our gist – as well as by validated data. In decision making, we weigh the current risk of our decisions against any future risk often favoring the current risk. The CAFP is a partner in an educational initiative Driving Change in Anticoagulation: The Impact of Beliefs on Clinical Decision Making. This case-based focus group will explore how risk and benefit are assessed in clinical decision making for the anticoagulation patient.

We are excited to share this educational opportunity with all of you and hope you consider attending.  Please use this link to RSVP for either session.  http://bit.ly/2rQLmyi
